Yes, we provide in-room safes large enough to fit a laptop.

No. Mini refrigerator units are by request only and honored based upon availability. 

Yes, our gym is available for hotel guests 24 hours and located on the 2nd floor. We have dumbbels, a universal machine, and cardio equipment The gym is stocked with complimentary water and towels for your convenience. 

The hotel does not provide room service, however, Serafina Restaurant does provide room delivery. Please call the restaurant directly at 212-595-0092 should you require in room delivery. 

Wi-Fi is included with the Urban Fee.

Special Arthouse rate is $75.00 +tax per 24 hour period.  This price applies to standard vehicles and SUV's (certain "supersize" SUV's will be an additonal charge).  

By Car: 

JFK – 40 minutes – 1 hour 

LGA – 25 minutes – 45 minutes 

EWR – 30 minutes – 50 minutes 

We accept cash at checkout but we require a credit card deposit to cover the room & tax charges for your entire stay plus $150 per night to cover any incidental charges. 

We do have connecting rooms. The only room categories that connect are Superior Kings and Deluxe Double Doubles. This is based on request only, please contact the hotel directly to place this request. 

Arthouse Bar: 

Arthouse Bar offers an inviting and lively atmosphere in our vintage lobby. The warm space features a large zinc bar, live music and events on select nights. Join us for one of our creative crafted cocktails in the library - with original faux fireplace - or enjoy the warmer weather on our Sidewalk Café. Grab a bite from our menu of house-made pizzas or other delectable pub fare.Sun-Thu: 5pm-12pm. Fri: 5pm-1am. Sat: 4pm-1am

Serafina: 

Serafina offers Northern Italian cuisine: handmade pastas, pizzas, fresh seafood and meats. Choose from breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and dine-in or take-out.

M-Thu 12pm - 11pm F-S 12pm - 12am 

 

Red Farm: 

Red Farm serves up clean, modern Chinese cuisine and dim sum with a greenmarket sensibility. Drop in for lunch, brunch, or dinner.

Arthouse Hotel is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes and marijuana is strictly prohibited within the hotel. By booking through this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors in its rooms. These sensors enable hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel to ensure a smoke-free stay for all guests. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited

We are on W 77th street between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave. Taking a car service? Please use 222 W 77th St to be dropped off directly in front of the hotel.  The mailing address is:  Arthouse Hotel, 2178 Broadway New York, NY 10024 

Yes!  Space in Manhattan being at a premium, we hold up to 3 parcels at no charge.  After that, it is $20 per each additional three. Please ensure the guests name is on the package to avoid delays  

We provide clock radios in the rooms.

Our ice machine is located on the 12th floor.

We do not, but we can have dry cleaning done for you Monday – Saturday. There is a laundry bag inside your closet with the pricing and pick up time.

We do welcome pets, but there is a fee of $100 + tax per room per stay. Pets are not to be left unattended in the rooms and on hotel property. Guests will be required to agree to Pet Policy and sign an agreement upon check-in. 

  • Pets weighing over 75 lbs. are not allowed on the property
  • Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in any public area
  • Except for service animals, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, we do not permit pets in the lounge/restaurant.
  • Emotional Support animals are also not permitted in the lounge / restaurant since they do not qualify as a service animal as defined under the ADA

Arthouse does not provide rollaway beds. Should you be traveling with family, please reach out to our reservations team regarding adjacent room, connecting room placement or one of our Queen/Queen suites 

We have Pack-n-Play cribs available upon request at no additional cost. Please call the hotel in advance to arrival to place your request.

No.  Each room has its own thermostat unit which is used for cooling and heating.

Our TV's do not have the smart capabilities and do not support streaming or "casting".

All our bedding is hypoallergenic, our rooms include luxury thread count and 100% triple sheeting. You may request a feather-free room from housekeeping. 

Shampoo, conditioner, body gel, lotion, hand soap, facial soap all by Pure brand. Hair dryers, full length mirrors, Keurig coffee makers, bottled water, iron & ironing board. 

Q-tips, shower caps, toothbrush, toothpaste, sewing kit, tampons & pads, universal adaptors, slippers, combs, razors/shaving cream, and electric water kettles. 

Hotel mandatory Urban Fee Priced at $40 plus tax per room per night which provides guest with the following services, amenities, and added value offerings: 

  • Unlimited local & domestic long distance phone calls (within the USA)

  • Live entertainment at Arthouse Bar on select nights 

  • Special discounts and offers from our neighborhood friends
