Basic 24 hour cancellation policy before 4pm day prior to arrival.

Urban Fee: $39.00 plus tax per room, per night which provides guests with the following services, amenities, and added value offerings:

  • Unlimited local & domestic long distance phone calls (within the USA)
  • Unlimited WI-FI public space and Guestrooms
  • Unlimited use of Fitness Center 24 hours
  • Unlimited use of the video/touchscreen Moncierge workstation with printing, faxing and scanning through the Front Desk
  • Two Bottles of water in guest room day of arrival
  • Terrace Access with seating area on the 16th floor

Guarantee/Deposit and Change/Cancellation Fees will depend on selected dates and room/rate combination.
