Flexible 48 hours cancellation policy before 4pm two days prior to arrival.
Urban Fee: $39.00 plus tax per room, per night which provides guests with the following services, amenities, and added value offerings:
- Unlimited local & domestic long distance phone calls
- Unlimited WI-FI in public spaces and Guestrooms
- Unlimited use of Fitness Center -24 hours
- Unlimited use of Business Center with printing, faxing and scanning through the Front Desk
- In- Room Bottled water- Replenished Daily
- Neighborhood Perks and Special Events
- Guarantee/Deposit and Change/Cancellation Fees will depend on selected dates and room/rate combination.
